Merchandise may be returned for adjustment only after a return authorization number has been issued. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Acceptable returned goods will be credited, less 15% re-stocking charge. Merchandise supplied incorrectly, not as specified on the order, will be credited in full upon return. All custom merchandise has no salvage value and therefore is not returnable. Shortages must be claimed within 5 days of delivery. We are sorry, but we cannot issue credit for shipping charges

Orders must be placed by phone/USPS if paying by money order or check. These orders will not ship until the payment clears our bank.
